ABOUT THEIA /
Theia exists to look after buildings without losing sight of the people who use them, maintain them and rely on them.
We deliver hard FM services across the UK and provide interim and fractional FM support for organisations that need senior expertise, exactly when they need it.
OUR ORIGIN /
We built Theia around a simple belief: look after people, and better business follows. Honest conversations, clear costs and shared responsibility are how we put that into practice.
We want to work with organisations and supply chain partners who share those values; people who value openness, respect and keeping their word. Together, we can build lasting relationships where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

OUR COMMITMENT /
We are committed to paying the real living wage: an hourly rate independently calculated to reflect the actual cost of living, not the government minimum. It is one of the ways we show our commitment to our team, because people who are paid fairly do their best work.

ACCREDITATION /
Good Business Charter accredited.
We are proud to be an accredited member of the Good Business Charter, a UK-wide mark of responsible business. It recognises how a business treats its people, customers, suppliers and the environment, including fair pay, wellbeing, fair tax and paying suppliers on time.

ENVIRONMENT /
NCZ Blue Award.
We have been awarded the NCZ Blue Award, which recognises our commitment to understanding and reducing our carbon impact. It is our first step, and we are committed to going further.
WHY THEIA /
MEET CHRISTY /
FIFTEEN YEARS OF FM, SEEN FROM EVERY LEVEL.
Christy Smith founded Theia FM after more than fifteen years working in facilities management, from an FM helpdesk through to senior leadership.
Her experience spans operations, strategy, technology, transformation, process improvement, mobilisation, people leadership and business growth, across complex, multi-site environments.
That includes supporting the journey of an FM business from a team of three to a £16 million turnover operation, and helping organisations build the structures and systems needed to grow.
Christy’s belief is simple: FM should fit the organisation it supports. That means listening first, being open about costs and working as an extension of the client’s team; with care for the buildings and the people who rely on them.
